Refund policy
We have a 7-day exchange or store credit policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange or store credit. Some items are subject to their availability.
To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, the item (s) must be returned unused. Unworn or unused, with no smell with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. You are responsible for the shipping cost of your returning items, shipping cost a non-refundable. Remember, if you are returning item(s) for an exchange (s), you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your return items.

Once your item is returned, you will receive an email notifying you of your exchange or store credit status. You will then receive a store credit within 5 to 7 business days to be used within 30 days of receiving the credit or exchange.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately info@lushellboutique.comif the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Would you please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item?
Unfortunately, we do not refund gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted/received, make a separate purchase for the new item. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the exchange or store credit was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically receiving a notification by email concerning the exchange or store credit. Please remember it can take up two 5 to 7 business days before the exchange or store credit process is complete.
